Because tackling this issue has become a matter of urgency, NMK presents to you its workshop: Communicate Like an Expert in the Medical Field in which we aim at reducing this global problem as much as possible and save lives.

All medical and healthcare professionals are invited to look into verbal and nonverbal communication in this domain, communication errors that should be avoided, communication problems faced by the practitioners and patients, how to actively listen to the colleagues, patients, and their families and understand them well, how to help them overcome their anxiety and protect them from misunderstandings or misperceptions, how to transmit patient data, how to share news with people, etc.
