Throughout my career, I have given a lot of business trainings. One common thing among all of them was that there was always a conflict between the employees or between them and their superiors. The other major common problem was that the conflict was always hidden. That’s why, I dedicated my trainings and workshops to help every member of the company get everything out the right way through communication, and aid all parties to actively listen to what the other had to say.

If I was to describe that experience in one sentence, it would be: it is crazy how many things were discovered and how happier and healthier the relationships were post-training!
